Our local paper reports two Yobs have been given ASBOs, preventing them from entering specified parts of our town.
Yob1's photo is prominently displayed, so us townsfolk may recognise the miscreant if he sets foot inside the banned area.
Of Yob2 there's no photo because he's under 16 "and can't be identified".
So how are we supposed to know if he's in town?
F@cking brilliant joined-up thinking that is.
If he's old enough to be a Yob, get caught & get an ASBO, he's old enough to be publicly identified.
